Unus Network

Terms and conditions

The rules for applying to, joining and using Unus Network.

Version of 22 October 2026.

1. Who provides the service

Unus Network is a service of Rexium AI, Lda, tax number (NIF) 519476239, registered at Tv. do Candal, 21, 4535-324 Paços de Brandão, Portugal (“Rexium” or “we”). Contact: hello@unus.network.

These terms apply to the website, the reserved area and the Unus Network app. By applying or using the service, you accept these terms. How we process personal data is set out in the Privacy policy.

2. What Unus Network is

Unus Network is a business referral network between companies. Members are organised in groups that meet in person and refer business to each other, and every closed deal is confirmed.

Each group has only one seat per activity. Two different activities can be in the same group, even when they are related.

No referral is paid: there is no payment, credit or commission for a referral. Merit, votes, ranks and seats cannot be bought.

Rexium is not a party to deals between members, or to deals between a member and their clients.

3. Who can apply

Companies and sole traders, including self-employed professionals, can apply. The candidacy is made by one person who represents the company.

We ask for the company details, including the tax number (NIF) and, depending on the case, the registry documents, such as the permanent certificate or the proof of start of activity. A Portuguese tax number is validated automatically. For companies in the European Union, the VAT number may be checked in VIES; an unconfirmed result is shown to whoever reviews the candidacy, but it does not block it.

The person who represents the company completes an identity check with an identity document, a selfie and a liveness test.

The details you give must be true and kept up to date.

4. Candidacy and candidacy fee

The candidacy includes a pitch video of up to 60 seconds, a text about the ideal client and the “dream referral”, the identity check and the payment of the candidacy fee.

The candidacy fee is €49 + VAT, paid once. It pays for the review of the candidacy and is not refundable if the candidacy is not approved. It is not deducted from the group membership fee.

Each candidacy is decided by people: it can be approved for the Network, approved for a seat in a group, or rejected with a reason. Entry into a group is voted on by that group's Gold and Platinum members; if fewer than three members can vote, the Group Director decides.

5. Membership tiers and fee

  • Network: a member admitted without a seat in a group. Pays only the candidacy fee.
  • Group: a member with an exclusive seat in a group. The annual membership fee is the amount set for the member's country, at least €690 + VAT per year, and is shown before payment.
  • Founders: the first 50 group activations pay €390 + VAT per year for their first two years. From the third year, they pay the country price.

Approval for a group reserves the seat. Group membership becomes active when the annual fee is paid. The renewal date is one year after activation.

The prices shown do not include VAT, which is added at the legal rate in force.

The membership fee is always paid in a web checkout, even when the payment is started in the app.

6. Payments and invoices

Payments are processed by Rexium through Stripe, and invoices are issued by Rexium AI, Lda. Unus Network does not receive or store your card details.

A payment is recorded as paid only after the payment platform confirms it.

7. The seat belongs to the company

The seat, the membership fee and the business history (referrals, deals and reviews) belong to the company. The company is represented by one person with a verified identity.

In a company, the management can ask to replace the representative. The new person completes the identity check and the Group Director decides the request. Personal history (attendance, seniority pins and one-to-ones) does not pass to the new person.

For a sole trader, the representative is always the trader, who can send a substitute to a meeting.

8. Meetings and attendance

Each group meets in person, every two weeks or every week, depending on the group. The meeting lasts 60 minutes and is a working meeting.

Attendance is recorded by check-in with the group's QR code. Arriving more than 5 minutes after the start counts as late.

A member may miss at most 3 meetings in 6 months, counted over a rolling window. Sending a substitute does not count as an absence. When the limit is exceeded, the group's leadership is alerted and people decide what to do.

A visitor can attend at most 2 meetings before applying.

9. Conduct

  • Refer honestly and record only real deals and values.
  • Do not create fake deals, reviews or contacts. Suspicious patterns are flagged and reviewed by people.
  • Ask your clients for reviews by sharing the link yourself. The platform never contacts your clients.
  • Keep the group's spaces politically and religiously neutral.
  • Treat other members with respect and use the data you can see in the network only for your work in the network.

Direct messages can be blocked and reported. Messages and posts may be moderated.

10. Merit and reviews

Merit is calculated from verified actions, loses value over time, and cannot be transferred or bought. Each member sees why they earned each point. Ranks give access, never power over other people.

Reviews come from end clients through a unique link. They are published only with the reviewer's consent and after moderation. A member can reply to a review but cannot delete it. The average is shown from 3 reviews.

11. Member content

Your pitch video, photo, profile texts, posts, comments and replies to reviews remain yours. By posting them, you allow Rexium, on a non-exclusive basis, to store them and show them inside Unus Network to signed-in members, for as long as they are needed to provide the service.

You confirm that you have the right to post what you post and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

The AI assistant, when it is enabled, only prepares suggestions and drafts. Nothing is published in your name without your confirmation.

12. Suspension and leaving

Suspensions, expulsions and revocations are always decided by people with the right role, never by an automated tool. Automated tools only flag or suggest.

A forced exit from a group is proposed by the group's committee and takes effect only after the Regional Director confirms it. Fraud cases and deal disputes are decided by the Regional Director.

You can leave at any time by deleting your account in the app or in the reserved area. Your seat in the group becomes free.

13. Availability and liability

We provide the service with reasonable care, but we do not guarantee that it is always available or free of errors, and we do not guarantee business results.

Each member is responsible for the deals they make and for the services they provide to their clients.

To the extent permitted by law, Rexium is not liable for indirect damage or loss of profit. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

14. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the date at the top. When a change is significant, we tell members before it takes effect.

15. Governing law and courts

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes are settled by the competent Portuguese courts, as provided by law.

16. Contact
